Gain the confidence and practical skills needed to manage real-life emergencies in remote and outdoor environments. Held in the beautiful woodland setting of Jays Wood between Canterbury and Faversham, this practical, scenario-based course is ideal for outdoor instructors, group leaders, adventurers, bushcraft enthusiasts and anyone working or spending time in the outdoors. Led by experienced outdoor professional and fully qualified First Aid Instructor Max Cornall, this nationally recognised qualification is valid for 3 years and tailored specifically for outdoor settings where emergency response may be delayed.Who Is This Course For? This course is ideal for: * Outdoor instructors * Bushcraft practitioners * Duke of Edinburgh leaders * Scouts and youth leaders * Hikers and expedition leaders * Forest school leaders * Paddle sport instructors * Anyone spending time in remote environmentsCertification Upon successful completion, participants will receive a nationally recognised Outdoor First Aid Certificate, valid for 3 years.Your instructor The event will be hosted with the usual warm welcome from the Boots On Adventures team. This event will be delivered by our very own Max Cornall. Max is a highly experienced first aid trainer and outdoor professional. Alongside his first aid instructional qualifications, Max has extensive experience leading outdoor activities and managing adventure-based businesses including sailing and diving enterprises. His practical experience brings realistic insight and engaging hands-on learning to the course.
