Join us for a relaxing day of flow dance meditation, flower picking, and guided painting workshop to spark creative energy Flowers and Flow Join us (Ellie and Kate) for a calming outdoor experience designed to help you unwind, connect, and create. Start with a gentle Flow Dance Meditation to ground yourself and move freely in nature. Then enjoy relaxed flower picking , with delicious treats and a complimentary glass of fizz. Finish with a guided painting workshop , inspired by the blooms you’ve gathered. Leave feeling refreshed, with a beautiful hand picked flower bouquet and your own artwork to take home. Come flow, pick, and paint with us A little more about us: Ellie Cook is the founder of House of Bardo, a space devoted to the quiet thresholds of becoming. She is also the founder and CEO of a below-the-line talent agency, which she has led for the past nine years. Ellie facilitates Flow Dance Meditation, teaches Kundalini Yoga, and works as a Nurturing Birth Doula, creating spaces for connection through movement, breath, and stillness. Living with ADHD, she is passionate about exploring Flow Dance as a supportive practice for neurodivergent people, as well as for pregnancy and the postnatal period. As a mother of two, and through her experience of pregnancy loss, she brings sensitivity, depth, and care to all that she holds. She teaches in a relaxed, supportive way, encouraging others to find joy in painting. Her approach helps people build confidence, explore creativity, and unlock their own unique artistic style.
